I just want to say a huge thank you to Gavin for my beautiful wedding ring! For various reasons the wedding ring we purchased elsewhere didn't end up working well with my engagement ring and I had been everywhere trying to find a replacement that didn't cost the earth. I found Gavin online just a few weeks before my wedding and after calling him in a bit of a panic he agreed to meet with me the very next day. After discussing the various options with me, he suggested remodelling my current ring into something more my style which was a lot more cost effective than buying a whole new ring. He showed me a sample of an engraved milgrain wedding band which was similar to one that I had seen (and loved) on his website and it was perfect! My ring was then melted down to recreate the same thing and I'm over the moon with it! The new ring works perfectly with my engagement ring and the quality of it is amazing, I haven't seen engraving as good anywhere else! I'm so impressed with the service from Gavin; the whole process from first calling him to collecting the finished ring was just two weeks and his customer service was excellent throughout. Thank you again Gavin, I'm so grateful for all your help and I'll definitely be back for more jewellery in the future!

Just wanted to say thank you and words cannot express how thrilled I am with my new rings! Gavin took my engagement and wedding ring of forty years, melted them down and produced the rings I have always dreamt about. I have thus now got all the sentimentality associated with my original rings together with the design (with added extras -thank you again!) that I always wished for. Contacted Gavin after my mother wanted to replace a ring she had lost. We couldn't find anything like it anywhere and we were close to giving up until we contacted Gavin directly. He said he'd make what we wanted from a picture and did just that - with no hassle!
